Hole in the wall but the food is always great. Had French onion soup lately and it was fantastic. Best fettuccine Alfredo I've had!

Can not recommend. Any other pizza place will do just fine. First off, it's rather expensive for the quality. The service is just dreadfully bad, they'll constantly forget about you and your arm will get tired from waving down staff. Specials menu warned of a 40 minute wait so I ordered from the regular pizza menu, still ended up with a 40 minute wait. Server at one point took away our clean napkins for no reason. Didn't bother asking for them back just stole from the table next to us which was piled high with someone's take-out order (Which sat there my entire meal). Pizza crust was good, but the toppings were a runny mess. Should have just went to 99 cent a few buildings over.

I'm giving the ice water one star, because we (party of 9) walked out tonight. NO service! My sister and her family arrived here about 20 minutes before us and checked reservation. Staff had given away our table and were throwing one another under the bus as to why.
By the time we arrived and found the table they had set our party up in , staff had already ignored my sister for about twenty minutes. After we waited another 15 to 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us ...no go. My wife found the kitchen and asked if we could have our orders taken. They asked for a few more minutes. We walked out with no one even questioning why 9 people were just leaving. Shameful as the table behind us had at least two staffers attend to them without even a glimpse at us. So we found another restaurant in the area that sat us even though they were busy...guess Sorrento's Ellice Ave. doesn't need the business.
Winnipeg is laden with restaurants....no need to bother with this one!!!! -

We went July 16 to celebrate a birthday. Staff are friendly. Decor is dated but Ok. Service good. We had a feta, olive and mushroom pizza that was excellent. Nice fresh taste with some ample saltiness from the cheese and black olives. Recommend the pizza here for sure.

Very rude staff. Delivery was late. Sub par pizza for the price. The delivery man was super cool tho.
